Position Title: Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time (FT)

Department: LTC Nursing

Reports to: Director, Nursing Services

• Evening Shift: 8‑hour shift, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am

• Attend to all personal care needs, including assistance with dressing, hygiene, toileting, locomotion, and repositioning.
• Serve meals and assist residents with meal intake as required; provide and help with hydration, snacks, and supplements.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing observations and care, including but not limited to intake/output, food consumption, and ADL.

• A genuine interest in nursing and a desire to attend to the elderly.
• Successful completion of the 75‑hour Nursing Assistant Training Course and certification by the state of Nebraska Health and Human Services system.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience with memory support is preferred.
