Amedisys is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our home health and hospice team on a PRN basis in the York, Nebraska area. You will assess patients, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and provide comprehensive palliation and symptom management in patients' homes.
Qualifications include current NP license in the designated state, ability to practice and prescribe, Medicare billing privileges, CPR certification, and at least one year of NP or hospice RN experience.
