Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
Support patients’ daily needs including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and comfort
Prioritize and delegate care activities based on patient needs
Educate patients and families, including discharge planning
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in rounds and monitor patient progress through lab results and documentation
Accurately document patient care and communicate updates effectively
What You NeedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
