Department: Culinary Services

Reports to: ALF Director, Culinary

• Work in our newly designed bistro spaces serving residents and guests with a smile.
• Build meaningful connections with residents who appreciate great service and warm conversation.

• Prepare, serve, and present bistro-style meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized dining area.
• Support food prep and restock supplies as needed.
• Operate point-of-sale system (training provided).
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and food storage to keep the café running smoothly.
• Adapt to duties in both Assisted Living and Independent Living dining areas.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math and customer-service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
• Flexibility to work in multiple dining environments.
