We’re hiring a skilled builder to work and grow into a crew leader.
We build and manage pole barns, post-frame, and pre-engineered metal buildings, plus framing, siding, re-sheets, and repair work across the York / Grand Island / Lincoln corridor. If you’ve flown iron, set posts, or hung steel, we want to talk.
THE SCHEDULEMonday–Thursday. Four 10-hour shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours. Every single weekend is a 3-day weekend.
THE PAY$19–$27+/hr depending on what you bring. Green but willing to hustle? We’ll train you. Experienced running post-frame or PEMB jobs? You start near the top.
