Accounts Payable Clerk

Join a growing organization as an Accounts Payable Clerk and support critical financial operations during a temporary onsite project. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your AP experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately code incoming vendor invoices
• Assist with catching up on outstanding AP entries to keep records current
• Research and help resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain organized and compliant accounts payable documentation
• Provide general administrative support related to AP functions

Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements:

• Prior Accounts Payable experience with strong AP coding skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Sage preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
• Reliable with strong communication skills
  
  Availability to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay rate of $22-23/hour
• Full-time hours during the assignment
