We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to provide dependable support for a finance team in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and timely attention to payment deadlines.
• Review invoice details, assign correct account coding, and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
• Prepare and coordinate ACH payments and check runs in alignment with established schedules.
• Reconcile payable records and resolve discrepancies by working with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize payment data, track invoice activity, and support reporting needs.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable files and update records to reflect current payment status.
• Assist with short-term coverage needs by learning internal workflows and following department procedures consistently.
