Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + 5% Bonus

What You'll Do as a Property Accountant
As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting activities for an assigned portfolio of properties.
- Perform full-cycle accounting, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Process and reconcile payroll activities
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
- Analyze general ledger activity and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain tenant, vendor, and property accounting records
- Support budgeting, reporting, and special projects
- Assist with future accounting system implementation and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Full-cycle accounting experience within property accounting, real estate, or construction industry experience
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Strong Excel and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
