Responsibilities

+ Process weekly, biweekly, and/or semimonthly payroll accurately and on schedule.

+ Review employee time records, attendance, and payroll data for accuracy.

+ Enter, maintain, and update employee payroll information in the payroll system.

+ Assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

+ Verify deductions, garnishments, benefits, taxes, and direct deposit information.

+ Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies.

+ Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and reporting.

+ Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure accurate employee and compensation records.

Qualifications

+ 1+ years of payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative experience.

+ Strong data entry and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.

+ Knowledge of payroll processes, tax with holdings, and employee deductions preferred.

+ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
