Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Generate customer invoices and support accounts receivable activities, including cash application and collections follow-up.
• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and account activity.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, reconcile accounts, and track financial information.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions.
• Assist with month-end close processes, reporting, and special accounting projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments regarding billing, payment, and account inquiries.
