What You'll Be Doing:

+ Wrangling meetings, travel plans, and events with the precision of a NASA launch coordinator.

+ Being the friendly force field between executives and their inboxes.

+ Turning vague ideas into polished emails, documents, and presentations.

+ Keeping sensitive info on lockdown (you're basically a vault).

+ Organizing projects, notes, and follow‑ups like the productivity wizard you are.

+ Rolling with the unexpected and calmly saying, "I got this."

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience assisting executives or high-level managers.

+ A black belt in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Communication skills so strong you could negotiate with a toddler at bedtime.

+ Next‑level organization instincts - the color‑coded folder system is OPTIONAL but appreciated.

+ A great sense of humor (trust us, it helps).

+ Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
