Development & Membership Database Administrator

  • Maintain CRM [Donor Perfect] member & donor database which includes creating and updating constituent records, recording donations and pledges accurately and generating timely donor acknowledgement letters and gift receipts for dues and contributions.
  • Process cash and check deposits, execute refunds and support financial reconciliation with Accounting.
  • Produce regular membership & fundraising reports for staff and Board to support strategy and operations.
  • Oversee the membership and donor benefits programs in coordination with Development & Membership Manager; this includes assembly of new member welcome packets and sending timely renewal reminders.
  • Act as the primary lead for CRM projects, updates and conversions.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the website (blog, membership‑related copy, fundraising web pages) as requested.
  • Available for evening or weekend hours as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years equivalent work experience [Bachelor’s Degree preferred].
  • Experience with Donor Perfect or similar CRM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Constant Contact or similar tools.
  • Strong accuracy in cash/check handling, basic financial tracking and confidential data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of accuracy and manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Professional demeanor, self‑confident, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is able to take initiative.
  • Strong record of top‑notch customer service and administrative support.
