SummaryOf Position
Kinsley is seeking a disciplined administrative assistant for our growing equipment shop in York, PA. The administrative assistant will provide general support to the equipment service manager by maintaining reports, scheduling services, and providing daily communications to vendors. Additional duties to support the equipment service manager is required, including but not limited to data entry and administrative tasks.
Typical Responsibilities/Essential Functions- Maintain annual winter maintenance schedule and parts ordering for pavers and mills.
- Maintain schedule for annual hoe ram inspections and repairs.
- Maintain list from all shops for down equipment and outside repair.
- Maintain annual schedule for boom lift inspections.
- Keep daily/weekly contact with vendors for outside repair updates.
- Code and review unapproved invoices in computer system for final approval.
- Code credit card invoices for field mechanics.
- Perform additional assignments or duties as requested by equipment service manager.
- Perform other related administrative duties to support the equipment service department.
- Back up and cover for assistant equipment service coordinator when out of office or requested.
- High school diploma required.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of equipment service and repairs is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
- Strong computer and software skills, such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical skills to prepare equipment reports.
- Must be reliable and be willing to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
