Sales Manager Admin

Provides administrative support to multiple managers as well as Sales Professionals in order to meet business objectives and goals within the organization.

• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple managers and Sales professionals through a variety of communication channels
• Ability to work and collaborate with a dynamic Sales team
• Ability to develop and build reports that assist Sales Managers in identifying key trends
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/GED.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant.

CPS or one (1) year of college related courses.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Sales or Sales Administration experience is preferred. Candidates should be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple Sales Managers and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are preferred. Experience coordinating meetings, training, mentoring, and administrative support across multiple districts is a plus. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Pay: 21.86 - 30.59 USD Hourly

Support the EVP Departmental organization under Jill Brannon as a Sales Manager Admin. Fully remote (U.S.), with preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. Posting is open internally and externally and closes July 30.
