OpEx Manager

MCC seeks an OpEx Manager to strengthen operational excellence across its global relief, development, and peace building work. This role leads process improvement, KPI design, and change initiatives that enhance impact, stewardship, and cross-cultural collaboration. The OpEx Manager maps and optimizes key workflows, partners with program and support teams worldwide, and standardizes best practices. Working in a faith-driven, service-oriented environment, this position advances data-informed decisions and builds staff capacity in continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across MCC programs and support functions.
• Map and analyze key processes to improve efficiency, quality, and stewardship of resources.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact, operational performance, and alignment with MCC's mission.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects with global and cross-cultural teams.
• Standardize best practices, tools, and workflows across regional offices and programs.
