** Camper Support Counselor
** your mission is to support the day-to-day careofcampers and facilitate a safe and supportive environment to provide bestcarefor campers during their stay at Woodward Camp. To achieve this, a Camper Support Counselor will understand and execute safety protocols and processes, be mindful, aware, and present across all camp facilities, including, but not limited to, their assigned cabin or zones. Camper Support Counselors will stay on campus in designated staff housing with other
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Attend camper orientation to provide education on safety, health, and wellness. Providea feedback report to evaluate, evolve, and elevateall camper experience, including parent communication. Other duties as assigned.
** KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
** Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* * Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.
