Commericial Estimator

We're seeking a Commercial Estimator who enjoys turning plans, specs, and project details into well-built outcomes. This Commercial Estimator opportunity is a good match for someone who is organized, analytical, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple bids while working closely with customers and internal teams. Requirements:

• At least 2 years of estimating experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Strong math, analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Experience preparing takeoffs, labor calculations, and bid pricing

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and estimating or project software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to stay organized and manage multiple deadlines

• Clean driver's record and ability to pass a background check

• No DUIs

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive fleet vehicles

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

What you'll do:

• Prepare accurate estimates based on plans, specs, and bid documents

• Build pricing that includes labor, materials, equipment, and overhead

• Submit competitive bid proposals

• Coordinate pricing details with vendors and suppliers

• Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and customer discussions

• Partner with project and operations teams for smooth handoffs

• Prepare shop drawings, submittals, and supporting documents

• Track material pricing and market changes

• Support installation planning and related estimating needs
