Coalesce Management Consulting is supporting a major hyperscale data center developer on the delivery of a multi-phase, multi-gigawatt campus expansion in Pennsylvania. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the owner-side delivery team supporting a large-scale powered shell data center development. This role will act as the on-site owner's representative, working closely with the project leadership team and general contractor to oversee site execution, schedule coordination, safety visibility and overall project delivery.

This is a long-term programme with additional campus developments planned across the wider Pennsylvania market.

The successful consultant will become a key on-site extension of the owner's delivery team, ensuring visibility across active construction activities and maintaining alignment between field execution and programme objectives.

• Act as the primary on-site owner representative during daily construction activities
• Support coordination between owner stakeholders, contractors and vendors
• Provide real-time updates on construction progress, site conditions and emerging risks
• Monitor construction quality processes across the project
• Coordinate with contractor teams regarding field issues and project interfaces

Strong field coordination and large-project experience is more important than pure hyperscale tenure.

• 10 or more years of construction management experience
• Owner-side, GC or major programme delivery background with strong understanding of large-scale site execution
• Familiarity with Procore and Primavera P6
• Understanding of major utilities, electrical infrastructure, one-lines and mission critical systems
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, PE (beneficial)

• Full-time on-site role
• Standard 40-hour week
• Relocation support available where required
