Superintendent Opportunity

We are working on a 6–8 month contract Superintendent opportunity in York, PA with a well-established commercial GC based in the Philadelphia area.

This is a ground-up + interior fit-out project (not just interiors), so they're specifically looking for someone who can run the job from sitework through build-out.

Project details:

~3,500 SF retail building (pad site)

Core & shell + tenant fit-out

~$1M project value

Straightforward job, but needs someone who understands both phases

What they're looking for:

Experience running ground-up commercial projects

Comfortable handling both structure + interior fit-out

Able to operate independently on a smaller job site

Structure:

6–8 month contract

Can be 1099 or W2 directly through the client

Strong hourly rate depending on experience
