Construction Laborer
Join a growing civil contractor supporting underground utility installation and site preparation across Central Pennsylvania. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering steady work and long-term career growth in the construction industry.
Assist with underground utility work including pipe laying, trenching, and grading.
Support site preparation for commercial and civil construction projects.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Work alongside equipment operators and skilled trades on active job sites.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
Minimum 1+ year of construction labor experience (civil or site work preferred).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable with physically demanding tasks such as digging and heavy lifting.
Reliable transportation to report to the York, PA shop or job sites.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Consistent work with a reputable contractor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
