Transportation Construction Manager (TCM)

Interviewing now for long term I-83 project (4 year) starting in Fall of 2026:

Responsibilities:

• Managing a large inspection staff and all project documentation including daily reports, change orders, pay items and schedules.
• Coordinating with contractors and making sure work follows plans, specifications and contract requirements. Tracking progress and resolving delays and cost issues.
• Resolve construction problems/issues with contractor.

Eligibility:

• Three (3) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor 1 (TCIS-1) or higher, and has PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level III or IV Certification in Highway Construction.
