Responsibilities

1st Shift – Monday through Friday.

Hybrid Opportunity – On‑site and hybrid after training.

Compensation: $22.50 per hour.

MSA Safety in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate to input orders, support our customers, and create and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Fulfill order entry transactions following departmental processes.
  • Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls.
  • Build knowledge of all major product groups.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently.
  • Process credit requests, resolve mis‑shipments, and provide proof of deliveries.
  • Provide customer support while navigating multiple computer sessions.
  • Resolve or investigate adequately before appropriately escalating calls to the next level.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening to fully understand customers' needs.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise handling multiple tasks in high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude toward change or new situation.
  • Prioritize tasks to complete them timely and accurately, with supervision as needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, Esker.
  • Experience in order management systems.
  • Associates degree.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service and related tasks.
  • SAP Order Management experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
