Process membership upgrades and credit accounts;
Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy;
Maintain safety and security of the facility by following safety standards and reporting hazards.
