Overview

Founded in 1888, the Baldwin School is an all‑girls college preparatory, independent day school, PreK–Grade 12, dedicated to a tradition of excellence in education. • Attend all team practices, meetings, and games.
• Keep student‑athletes at the center and positively and enthusiastically embrace the broader school community.
• Maintain and inspire high standards of excellence, encouraging student‑athletes to achieve their full potential.
• Create an inclusive and supportive team by demonstrating collaboration, optimism, approachability, and adaptability.
• Establish routines and build relationships with student‑athletes by using positive guidance, offering helpful feedback, and exhibiting patience, empathy, and respect.
• Incorporate Baldwin’s core values: learning, respect, responsibility, compassion, honesty.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

• B.A. in a relevant subject area required.
• Prior competitive experience in coaching.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols to ensure student‑athlete well‑being.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
