The Mt. Lebanon School District Food Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Cook at Mt. Lebanon High School
.

This is a part‑time, on‑site, permanent 10‑month position working 6 hours per day, scheduled between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on days when students are in attendance during the regular school year. Additional work/training days may be scheduled by the Food Services Department on an as needed basis.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, team‑oriented, and reliable individual who enjoys working with students and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking a steady placement in customer/food service, working Monday through Friday shifts with weekends, holidays, and summers off.

The starting hourly rate for new hires to the district will be $19.01 for the school year

This position is eligible for paid time off in the form of sick and personal days, and a monthly contribution towards the purchase of district health insurance benefits, or an annual stipend in lieu of the purchase of benefits if otherwise insured. Work shirts are provided and staff can be reimbursed up to $150 per school year for the purchase of district‑approved work pants, shoes, and/or chef tops.
