The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include providing academic support and remediation for Career and Technical Education students by assisting classroom teachers in working with small groups or individual students in the reinforcement of instruction; development of learning materials to be utilized within the classroom; the supervision of cafeteria, hallways and other duties. The candidate must have a basic understanding of child growth and development.
An Act 34 Criminal History Clearance Report, an Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance Report, and an FBI Fingerprint Clearance Report, successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening are necessary, along with all other required employment forms. An Associate’s Degree or 48 college credits are required.
The salary for the school year is $20.92 per hour which is in accordance with the classified negotiated contract.
