• Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis of project components.
• Build and nurture client relationships, maintaining high satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support firm growth.
• Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards.
• Work with a mentor to refine business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.

• Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
• Track record managing commercial and residential land development projects.
• Strong client‑management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated business‑development acumen and proactive approach to opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
