Systems Engineer​/Azure​/Virtualization

A manufacturing company in the York, PA area is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer. This is a full-time hybrid role. You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux server environments, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and hybrid cloud environment in Azure.

** Required Skills & Experience*
* + 3+ years of enterprise systems engineering, administration, and architecture experience

+ Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022)

+ Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix

+

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments

+ Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IAM solutions including SSO and MFA

+ Proven scripting and automation skills:
Power Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible, and/or Terraform

+ Solid background in backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity or similar)

+ Ability to act as an escalation point for critical system incidents, including Tier 3 support
