Sr Player Services Cage Cashier

Penn National Gaming -  - Responsibilities:
Provide quality guest service and accurately process patron transactions with cash and cash equivalents;
Develop thorough understanding of the player's club and stay current on promotions and events;
Assist customers enrolling, changing, or redeeming transactions in the player's club using ACSC;
Operate window banks with cash inventory and perform exchanges of gaming vouchers, cash, checks, chips, and markers;
Maintain knowledge of player tracking system, internal controls, and policies/procedures; support improvement efforts
