Position: Job Sr Player Services Cage Cashier
Penn National Gaming -  - Responsibilities:
Provide quality guest service while accurately and efficiently performing patron transactions with cash and cash equivalents;
Develop understanding of the player’s club and stay current on promotions and events;
Assist customers utilizing ACSC with enrolling, changing or redemption transactions in the player’s club;
Operate window banks with cash, exchange gaming vouchers, cash equivalents, front money deposits, checks, chips, and gaming vouchers;
Maintain knowledge of the player tracking system, internal controls, policies and procedures; respond to service issues
