Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Financial Consultant (Manager level or strong Senior Consultant ready for promotion) to support banking and financial services finance transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and solution-shaping capabilities. The ideal candidate will have Big 4 consulting experience, a sharp strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and deliverables.

Required Qualifications- Big 4 consulting background (Manager or strong Senior Consultant ready for Manager).
- Proven experience in banking or financial services finance transformation.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience with stakeholder discovery, target‑state design, roadmap and value‑case development, and the ability to work closely with senior leaders to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and solution design efforts.
- Exposure to finance operating models, transformation frameworks, or enterprise change initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
