• Manage vendor relationships associated with Merchant service solutions to ensure goal achievement
• Oversee new product development from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Document processes and procedures related to Merchant solutions in collaboration with Risk Management and Legal
• Participate in audits and special projects to support operational governance

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics
• Minimum of 8 years of treasury management experience with Commercial Merchant Services
• At least 5 years of banking experience with a focus on leading treasury management sales and customer service teams
• Direct involvement with Receivables Networks and expertise in client-side ERP and accounting systems
• Extensive experience in client interactions at the cSuite level

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
• Strong knowledge of business cash flows and financial optimization processes
• Proficiency in treasury management applications and banking regulations
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
• Experience in wholesale receivables/payables solutions
