Credit Risk Quality Control Analyst Sr

• Conduct transaction testing of reviews performed by the 1st line of defense quality assurance program
• Analyze individual loan transactions for policy compliance and risk rating accuracy
• Conduct process/procedure risk assessments and validate corrective actions
• Maintain documentation of key findings and recommendations regarding potential issues
• Participate in remediation activities and support various controls and processes

• Education:
  
  Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent directly related experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of risk management or quality assurance/control experience in relevant disciplines
• Strong credit analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and creating interactive dashboards
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate status updates effectively

• 4-5 years of credit quality control (QC) experience in the Financial Services Industry
