- Perform annual virtual reviews of policyholder payroll, accounting, and financial records to determine final exposures on auditable commercial lines policies
- Review policyholder business operations to determine correct classifications and factors affecting insurability
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide technical expertise for internal and external customers
- Discuss questions and concerns with insureds to ensure understanding of exposure changes and promote a professional customer experience
- Complete and transmit audits in a timely manner while remaining current on premium audit-related rules and information
- Premium audit experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present subject matter clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong command of Excel functionality
- B.S. / B.A. degree preferred, ideally in finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in premium auditing
- Strong analytical and effective decision-making skills
- Completion of accounting courses would be a plus
