Junior Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in financial analysis, reporting, and business operations.

The Junior Analyst will review data, assist with reporting and forecasting, support budgeting efforts, and help provide insights that guide business decisions.

Junior Analyst Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports, forecasts, budgets, and quarterly outlooks
• Assist with financial modeling and business analysis projects
• Support preparation of income statements, cash flow analyses, and related reports
• Participate in leadership calls and help communicate financial insights
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis
• Work cross-functionally on reporting tools, systems, and process improvements
• Handle ad hoc reporting, data validation, and analysis projects as needed
• Travel occasionally to the York, PA area as required

Junior Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent related experience may also be considered
• Internship or entry-level experience reviewing financial statements, preparing reports, or analyzing data preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Fluency in English

Compensation and Benefits:
