Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

M&A Associate / Senior Associate | Greater Philadelphia Area | Hybrid I Up to 190k plus bonus

A newly formed Corporate Development & M&A team is seeking an M&A professional to help execute acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic investments, and partnerships for a publicly traded organization entering an exciting growth phase.

• Support and execute M&A transactions throughout the deal lifecycle
• Build detailed financial models, valuations, and business cases
• Perform DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, and synergy analyses
• Coordinate due diligence efforts across finance, legal, tax, accounting, and operations
• Develop investment committee and executive-level presentations
• Work closely with business leaders, advisors, investment bankers, and transaction counter parties
• Support post-close integration planning and performance monitoring

• 3-6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Valuations, Transaction Advisory, or Strategy Consulting
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or strategic transactions
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or advanced finance background is a plus
