Thermo King's Klinge Corporation team is hiring a Finance Leader in York, PA! The Klinge Corporation Finance team has responsibility for partnering with the business to drive financial performance by overseeing financial planning and analysis, short and long-term strategy, management reporting, compliance, governance, investment evaluation, process improvements, and optimize the use of the ERP system and support the IT service operations team.

Thermo King's Klinge Corporation is a world class innovator in the transport refrigeration industry, providing innovative and ultra-reliable containerized temperature-controlled solutions for critical chemicals, essential foodstuffs, and life-changing medicine. Thermo King's Klinge Corporation sales efforts are composed by equipment sales, parts sales, service sales, telematics/satellite solutions sales, rental business for temporary short- or long-term solutions and a manufacturing facility based in York, PA.

You will lead and support a Finance team that includes an Accounting Manager, an Accounting Supervisor and an Accounting Assistant and an ERP/IT team that includes an ERP Manager and an ERP Analyst (a total of 5 team members from which 2 would be direct reports). The Finance Leader will enable business growth and integrity by guiding leaders, managing key financial initiatives, and strengthening financial acumen throughout the organization.

** What will you do:*
* As our Finance Leader you will:

+ Provide the Thermo King's Klinge Corporation Leadership team with financial support and guidance to drive overall business performance and profitability. Own and collaborate on actionable business and operational plans while providing financial insight.

+ Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and modeling. Lead discussions to present findings to Thermo King's Klinge Corporation Leadership team, clarifying drivers and business impacts.

+ Prepare and review performance via Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (Q ). Provide detailed business updates throughout Thermo King's Klinge Corporation organization.

+ Evaluate capital asset purchases and operating expenses by developing detailed ROI, ROIC and CROIC models and business cases for new investments, business enhancements, rental fleet expansion, and rental depot or plant footprint optimization.

+ Direct the business forecasting processes, including Long Range Plan (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and quarterly reforecast cycles. Prepare and maintain dashboard reporting, KPIs. Facilitate weekly pulses and monthly Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reviews.

+ Lead and facilitate cross-functional strategic project teams to implement business initiatives, such as process improvement/automation, expansion plans, and new product offerings. Quantify long-term financial impacts and ensure alignment with company strategy.

+ Serve as the finance liaison with AAC on accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance, ensuring accurate communication and transparent impact to the business.

+ Develop and maintain budgeting, financial planning, control, accounting, and reporting policies and practices.
