• Provide personalized assistance to patients/caregivers to access PTC products
• Build positive relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and sales teams
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure patients maintain adherence to therapy
• Communicate with stakeholders while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance
• Navigate the CRM system and manage all aspects of patient cases effectively

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience in an orphan/rare disease biotech environment
• Proven case management experience demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks

• Bilingual / Spanish speaking is a plus
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in HCP Office Management
• Experience working with Sales Representatives
• Case Management experience specifically in a rare disease environment
• Registered Dietitian License preferred but not required
