Description Summary/Objective
The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for case preparation, assisting with patient preparation, proper handling of instruments supplies and equipment, preparation of the room based upon the specific procedure and physician's preference, and anticipating the physician's needs.
Essential FunctionsThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional medical office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands include standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday. No weekends are required.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position.

Requirements- Two (2) plus years as Surgical or Endoscopy Technician who is professional, pleasant, flexible, and a motivated team player. Graduate of accredited surgical technician a plus.
- Experience in a GI or Multi specialty medical environment
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of Medical terminology.
