- Full-time, Exempt position
- Oversight for the administration and general management of all day supports programming
- Develop and implement strategy for day supports program
- Lead and support a team with daily operations and challenges to achieve programmatic goals
- Oversight for supervision, evaluation and support to all day program team members
- Lead and facilitate a support network between individuals accepting services, family members and the community
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments across the organization
- Promote and implement the Everyday Lives philosophy in all programmatic initiatives
- Supervisory experience is required
- Must possess a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- Proficient computer skills required
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Administration, Business, Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation or other human services field; and 4 years of work experience in administration or the human services field; and 1 year of experience working directly with people with disabilities.
- A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university in Administration, Business, Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation or other human service field, which includes at least 15 credit hours in administration or human services; and 2 years of work experience in administration or the human services field.
