Power BI Data Analyst

Role Summary

The Power BI Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that integrate data from multiple construction-related systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize work effectively.

• Build, monitor, and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating data from Viewpoint Vista.
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems into Power BI.
• Monitor dashboard performance and data accuracy; implement improvements as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity, data quality, and dashboard performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for dashboard designs, data sources, and integration processes.
• Provide training and support to end users on effective use of Power BI dashboards.
• Develop additional dashboards and database integrations as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL cloud databases.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or similar construction project management software.
