Responsibilities
- The Product Enablement Specialist will sit at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and GTM teams
- This role translates Core Weave’s product roadmap and launches into clear, compelling, and actionable enablement for the field—ensuring that every seller can confidently position Core Weave solutions, handle competitive situations, and align value to customer outcomes
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to deeply understand upcoming releases, roadmap themes, and positioning
- Translate technical features into customer‑centric narratives, use cases, and value propositions tailored to GTM roles
- Own enablement work streams for product launches and enhancements, including messaging, enablement sessions, and supporting materials
- Coordinate with Enablement Program Manager to ensure launches are represented in the enablement calendar
- Create and maintain product‑focused sales assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, talk tracks, one‑pagers, and demo scripts
- Ensure all assets are organized and easily discoverable in Confluence and other content systems
- Develop and deliver training sessions (live and recorded) that enable sellers to pitch, demo, and position new products and features
- Build role‑based certifications (e.g., product pitch badges) and partner with Enablement Analyst to track performance
- Gather feedback from Sales, SEs, and Customer teams on product gaps, messaging resonance, and competitive dynamics
- Synthesize insights and share them back with Product and Product Marketing to inform roadmap and messaging refinement
- Maintain up‑to‑date competitive battle cards and market context for key competitors and adjacent solutions
- Enable GTM teams on how to differentiate Core Weave in various customer and partner scenarios
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent product innovation and change.
Content SkillsStrong storytelling, content creation, and visual communication abilities.
CollaborationTrack record of partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
Product AcumenAbility to engage deeply with technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling customer stories.
Communication & FacilitationComfortable presenting to and training GTM teams of varying technical depth.
Experience3–5 years in product marketing, product enablement, technical sales, or a related GTM role in cloud, AI, or infrastructure.
