8+years of experience QA with Functional & Automation testing skills.

Well versed with Agile technics and processes for project execution, with collocated and distributed teams (onsite-offshore).

Design and develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured Test plan for the business requirements explained in the user stories.

Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Work closely with agile team (scrum or other) – Developers, Product owner and Scrum Master.

Creating Test Scripts for each Test Case using Test Automation tools Client-UFT(QTP), Test Complete(Smart Bear) and Selenium. Tester should be able to create scripts in Test Automation tool using programming languages, preferably C#.NET and Java Script.

Execute and monitor Test Scripts using Test Automation tools Client-UFT, Test Complete or Selenium to identify defects in software application and their causes with regards to specific IT projects.

Comparison of project reports with the baseline reports. Analysis and Reporting of comparison reports for any discrepancy or defects.

Defect tracking in TFS to initiate testing after fixing/re-fixing the defects by development team.

Provide technical documentation of Test reports to all project stake holders.

Actively participate in sprint ceremonies with client, testing and development teams in collaborative.

Ensure that all testing related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
