Overview
Firm Advice is conducting a search for an innovative, self-starter commercial contracts attorney who is licensed in the UK (Barrister / Solicitor) to assist a highly regarded AmLaw 50 law firm on a remote, temporary / interim basis. This individual will draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a unique, collegial firm in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services.
- Manage the contracting process from start to finish.
- Must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister licensed to practice in England and Wales.
- 5+ years’ legal experience drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts, including managing the contracting process from start to finish.

Base pay range: $80.00/hr - $125.00/hr this range is provided by Firm Advice. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
