Tax Senior Manager

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a top 50 CPA firm in search of a Tax Senior Manager in Crawford County, PA. They're seeking a highly experienced tax professional with the leadership potential to become a Partner within two years. This role involves managing complex tax engagements, mentoring teams, and driving client satisfaction.

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting for individuals and businesses
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely, proactive service
• Supervise and mentor associates and senior associates
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client and business development
• Stay current on tax legislation and advise clients accordingly
• Represent the firm at networking events and in the business community
• Uphold firm culture, values, and service excellence

• CPA or JD required
• 8+ years in public accounting
• Strong expertise in income tax provisions and flow-through entities
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Leadership mindset with business development capabilities
