212° Titans is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and drive operational excellence across multiple departments. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring organizational efficiency, supporting growth objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operational activities across multiple business functions.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning and organizational growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational planning initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale operational initiatives.
- Strong experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and drive organizational growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within healthcare, nonprofit, professional services, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments is highly preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
