** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Accurately manufacture batches by measuring, weighing, and adding ingredients according to established procedures.
* Operate production equipment—including pressure kettles, mix tanks, pumps, and scales—in a safe and efficient manner.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition.
* Follow all safety protocols, including the use of a full‑face respirator when required for specific materials.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
* Document production activities accurately using computer systems and digital tools.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating opportunities to enhance processes.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Strong math and measurement skills to ensure precise batch preparation.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Ability to work weekends when needed to meet customer demand.
* Proficiency using computers and navigating multiple systems; experience with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) is preferred.
* Ability to safely lift 50 lbs (22.6 kg) and perform physical work in a production environment.
* Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including full‑face respirators.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes or equipment.
* Experience in batch manufacturing or operating mix tanks, pressure systems, or similar equipment.
* Knowledge of SAP or other manufacturing documentation systems.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast‑moving environments.
