** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment, machinery, and control systems.
* Perform routine equipment checks, inspections, and adjustments.
* Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift.
* Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
* Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards.
* Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members during shift changeovers.## ##
** What We Are Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment.
* Ability to follow established procedures and read gauges/instruments.
* Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods## ##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
