Your Impact

* Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars:
Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement

* Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize strategies and extend asset life

* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA to solve chronic issues and boost reliability

* Champion condition-based monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) for early failure detection

* Influence capital projects with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability

* Coach teams on TPM and RCM principles to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

What You Bring

* B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

* 5+ years of maintenance experience; 0-2 years of engineering experience

* Hands-on experience with TPM and RCM in manufacturing or industrial settings

* Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical and controls experience preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMMS (SAP preferred)

* Lean manufacturing skills (Kaizen, 5S, waste identification)

* Analytical mindset, safety focus, and ability to thrive under pressure
