Lead a maintenance team of 3-4 technicians on the 2nd shift;
Troubleshoot and repair industrial bakery equipment including conveyors, mixers, proofers, fryers, packaging equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
Ensure compliance with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations;
Manage vendor relationships and support maintenance manager with Cap Ex projects and budgeting;
Maintain preventive maintenance programs and keep production lines running efficiently
